Biography 

My passion for sports started early, I was only 11 when I was selected from school by the athletic team to compete in 100 metres sprints races. 
 
After a ligament injury on the right ankle and a few failed school exams, to the disappointment of my parents, both very academical, I was asked to step down from the world of athletics and focus on my future, on my school and on my studies. 
 
After a few careers, I realised that my natural calling was the world of sports, and with my sports science diploma I enrolled in a few personal training courses and strength and conditioning courses held by Charles Poliquine and I became a PICP Strength and Conditioning Coach. 
 
I also qualified in sports nutrition with Premier Nutrition and after a few years, working as a personal trainer in North London and running my business successfully, I decided to move my business to Holborn in Central London. I started work at GymBox as a full-time strength and conditioning coach in 2010 and did that for 4 years. 
After 9 years hard work and running a very successful business as a personal trainer working anything between 32 and 60 hours a week I decided that it is time for me to see the world and I packed my belongings in a 30L backpack and went travelling. Travelling for me was an eye-opener, a self-discovery and it also gave me the opportunity and the free time to do more courses in the sports world I was passionate about. 
 
I became a Climbing instructor, I qualified as a free diver and also in Australia I attended a level one CrossFit course which allows me to train clients in the world of CrossFit. 
 
Returned from my time away, with my batteries fully charged, I decided to compete as a UKBFF Body Fitness Model. In the space of 3 years I competed in 9 bodybuilding shows, I became a paid athlete by a supplementation company and all whilst running a successful personal training studio in Highgate, North London. 
 
I moved to Milton Keynes in 2015 and purchased my second home. This give me the possibility to accomplish my ultimate goal – to open a strength and conditioning studio in my backyard, where I can train clients, on a one-to-one basis and also have a better quality of life with my husband and our 4 English Springer Spaniels. 
 
I have worked as a personal trainer for just under 20 years and I absolutely adore it. I thrive from improving people’s lives, everyday feels like the first day and every single happy client, success story completes my life.
