Alongside a custom built training program which works around your lifestyle and gym layout you will be provided with a training log book for records to be kept accurately and progression can be seen and achieved weekly. 
 
Weekly goals will be monitored and adjusted accordingly in your weekly 1-2-1 calls / check-ins. The 1-2-1 calls are regular and flexible according to your availability. These are meant to keep you on track, accountable and motivated and are also for queiries, concerns and support. 
 
Keeping accurate track of personal progression is key to goal development and target setting.
